For over 30 years, Ed Finkelstein has successfully represented numerous individual, institutional and small business clients in a wide range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level in New York State and Federal Courts throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Finkelstein. Ed also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Prior to founding the firm with Martin Filler in 2012, Ed was a litigation attorney with several major New York City law firms. Ed is a 1988 graduate of New York University School of Law.
